Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. Custom or oversized furniture pieces may require additional processing time of 2-3 weeks.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-refundable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Haute Decor ships to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All our furniture pieces come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Decorative accents and textiles are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
How can I track my shipment?
